How attendees will benefit 

You will lean the basics of business strategy, how to analyse an annual report and how to use this information in presentations, conversations with senior leaders, and to link to your own work. . You will learn simple tools and tricks to analyse a business and surprise senior leaders with your business nous.  You will learn how to frame your work in terms of business solutions and strategy: helping you make an impact. 

We will use the ‘play-learn-do’ approach to analysing a fictitious construction company. You will work in teams to ‘play’ with this business and develop some initial conclusions, then you will learn tools and techniques to review the business. After that you will ‘do’ the analysis again (using the tools you have just learned) to give you a chance practice the techniques and apply them to your own or your clients’ business.

 The course is for mid-senior professionals who want to make an impact with senior leaders, especially those without a PR/comms background.
