During these challenging and uncertain times, businesses are having to make the unfortunate decision to let go of some great people. Many now find themselves searching for a new role in a very competitive market where there are more candidates than there are jobs. Many SMEs don’t have the budget to support employees with a bespoke outplace solution, so with the help of Hanson Search, specialist recruiters in the PR and communication industry we have developed a cost effect programme that we feel will offer the right advice to build confidence and provide tools to succeed in securing your next role.

If you are an SME looking to offer support to one or two of your employees that you have had to let go of or an individual looking to find your own support to get you ahead, then this could be a programme for you. We normally change £160 for the sessions but due to the current climate for all PRCA members they will only be £80 for both programmes.
