Event Overview

This panel talk will cover content building & the evolution of PR. Learn about online automation, how destination brands can be utilised to stimulate local economies and the role PR will play in the future. Our panellists will also discuss key tools for the industry ranging from traditional publicity to purpose-led content, SEO and new online tools.

Frank Marr - AM+A Marketing & Media Relations, PRCA Travel & Tourism Chairman 
An agency Managing Director committed to a new form of PR and marketing which focuses on prioritising results-led sustainability and creativity. Frank is one of the most qualified PR and marketing professionals within the sector, owning a Cambridge University level qualification in sustainability in addition to winning many agency awards in sustainable marketing and beyond.
He is regarded as an innovative media relations and marketing agency director offering clients creativity, PR assistance, reputation management and fresh marketing ideas with an intelligent approach. His agency builds stories and helps clients get quality brand exposure.

Justin Gibbons - Author of books P2+C=5, the Brand Gap and Bridging the Brand Gap 
In 2018 and 2019, Justin co-authored the publications The Brand Gap and Bridging the Brand Gap with Tony Regan, his partner at Work Research. In 2020 Justin published P2+C=5, a book about media planning post Covid.

Justin studied History at Edinburgh University and University College London before starting life as a researcher. He went on to be a Cool Hunter, Account Planner and Media Strategist working for some of the most groundbreaking agencies in the UK including PHD, Havas and creative boutique George & Dragon. He founded Work Research in 2006 as a media specialist research business.
