Event Overview
Join us at 1pm on Wednesday 27th January to gain practical insight on how to identify, track and close your organisation’s ethnicity pay gap. With legislative change expected on ethnicity pay, this is your chance to get ahead of the curve and understand the steps you need to take to close any pay gaps.
This workshop, led by ethnic pay gap expert Michelle Gyimah and Spktral data specialist Anthony Horrigan, is designed for HR, as well as PR professionals, to help them make better decisions with their pay gap data.
Michelle is a former Equalities and Human Rights Commission pay equality specialist, Founder of Equality Pays, and author of PRCA REEB's latest ethnicity pay gap guide.
Anthony served for 25 years as a navigator and then a Fighter Pilot in the Royal Air Force before becoming CEO of Spktral – a pay gap specialist company that empowers organisations to create equal futures by giving them the tools to make better people decisions with their diversity data.
