Apprenticeships and Skills Group:

Event Type: Group Event

Event Overview

As we celebrate National Apprenticeship Week 2021, the PRCA and PR Apprenticeships and Skills Group work together to better support any apprenticeships or employers looking to start, continue or complete their apprenticeship.

This panel event, hosted by the PR Apprenticeships & Skills Group, will give attendees the opportunity to have their say, and answer any questions they might have from our diverse range of speakers.

Our session panellists will provide insight, sharing their own opportunities, experiences and views on their time as an apprentice - whether it be past or present.

The panel will be followed by a live Q&A with the speakers, for any last minute or additional questions you want to be answered.

Luke Cryan: Co-Chair of the London Young Apprenticeship Ambassador Network and Policy Advisor at the Infrastructure and Projects Authority, reporting to the Cabinet Office and Treasury.

In his role, Luke helps the Government to see through and deliver some of the country’s most expensive, contentious and high-risk projects as part of the Major Projects Review Group.

Tom Culley: Co-Chair of the London Young Apprenticeship Ambassador Network and Networks Degree Apprentice at BT.

In his role, Tom is responsible within his team for integrating new components into our national network. Alongside the engineers in the field, Tom works to provide the support necessary to make their work possible, delivering new circuits and equipment to meet the needs of their customers.

Celia Forbes: Client Coordinator at Gallium Ventures
Celia is a Level 4 PR and Communications apprentice with the PRCA, working at consumer and technology PR giants Gallium Ventures, based in London. She has been a PRCA apprentice and with Gallium since September 2019, and is in her final month of studying!

The panel will be moderated by: Anais Belloul: Former PRCA apprentice and winner of the PRCA and PR Week Apprentice of the Year 2019, and Press and PR Executive at luxury womenswear brand Alessandra Rich.
