Managing a Public Affairs Crisis is a new PRCA course focusing on equipping professionals with the knowledge and skills needed to integrate public affairs into crisis management. Participants will learn to identify key public affairs stakeholders and develop targeted communication strategies for each audience—ranging from government officials to the general public.
