Summary:
Now more than ever we need to recognise that practices, behaviours, and corporate cultures previously deemed to be acceptable in a corporate setting may mean something different and quite damaging for your Black, Asian and ethnically diverse colleagues. Even though race is social construct, the lack of racial equity in your workplace is negatively impacting all employees. Ideally we need to return to being about the ‘human race’ and for this, we need to adopt an anti racist mindset.
