Jane Asscher, CEO and Founding PartnerJane set up 23red with Executive Creative Director Sean Kinmont in October 2000. An integrated marketer and behaviour change expert with over 30 years of experience, Jane has led the development of award-winning social marketing and behaviour change strategies on topics as wide ranging as health and wellbeing, skills and education, environment and sustainability, financial inclusion, equality, elections and civic duty. Jane co-authored the Change4Life marketing strategy and remains a strategic adviser to Public Health England, and oversaw the development of the NHSBT Organ Donation behaviour change strategy. Sean Kinmont, Founding Partner and Executive Creative Director Sean has vast experience across public and private sector integrated campaigns including DCLG Mayoral Devolution, Electoral Commission #RegAFriend and National Crime Agency’s Modern Slavery campaign and most recently the Competition and Markets Authority Cheating or Competing campaign (a segmentation driven digital and social led campaign). Sean’s experience spans a variety of channels, including developing a TV campaigns for Bluewater and Arla Foods ‘Farmer Owned’ platform and the creation of a DfT Drink Drive Christmas VOD campaign. He is adept at creating campaigns for mass and diverse audiences; he created the Big Little Moments campaign around home learning behaviours targeting C2DE caregivers, led the multi-award winning NHSBT Clear Channel Outdoor campaign with a focus on BAME audiences, and masterminded 23red’s ‘Hot House’ co-creation project for NHSBT with young BAME groups. Philippa Dunning, Creative Services Director Philippa is responsible for managing all creative production. Philippa joined 23red in October 2000. She is responsible for creative planning, processes, and production including TV, digital, print, art buying and transcreation.
