This course has practical exercises and regular self-assessment and interaction throughout to keep the delegates focused. Full course notes will be provided. As well as course notes you will also be given 3 individual assessments of your own management style, a hard copy of the slides/workbook
2 listening skills tests and an assertiveness questionnaire. A notebook and pen will also be provided. If you prefer to work on a laptop, you are more than welcome to bring it along with you to use throughout the day.
